姜国钧——2025 第七届伦敦艺术双年展推荐艺术家

　　姜国钧,1947 年生人,笔名:画虎者,山之子,字”虎缘”,自幼习画,自 1973 年偶遇东北虎后,他便与虎结下了不解之缘,专注于画虎艺术已逾半个世纪。他不仅擅长国画工笔与水墨,同时对水彩与油画亦有深厚造诣。

　　作为国家一级美术师、国宾礼特供艺术家,姜国钧的艺术成就备受认可。他担任中央美院客座教授、中央电视台艺术导师,同时也是美国科罗拉多工程大学的艺术荣誉博士和清华美院驿站的特聘画家,姜国钧的作品广受赞誉,其中《喜羊羊.乐羊羊》被国家博物馆珍藏,而《岛宝图》更是荣获了中国书画艺术指导委员会颁发的“最具收藏价值奖”。他的多幅作品如《金虎满堂.富贵吉祥》、《追光逐梦》、《虎秀吉祥》、《九天揽月》、《聆听》和《虎之风采》等,均入选了“中国.大美中华”纽约时代广场作品展播,展现了中国艺术的魅力。

　　Jiang Guojun, born in 1947, pen name: Hu Painter,Son of the Mountain, courtesy name "Hu Yuan". He hasbeen learning painting since childhood. Afterencountering the Northeast tiger in 1973, he formed aninseparable bond with the tiger and has been dedicatedto the art of tiger painting for over half a century. He isnot only skilled in traditional Chinese painting withmeticulous brushwork and ink wash, but also hasprofound knowledge in watercolor and oil painting.

　　As a national first-class artist and a special guest giftartist, Jiang Guojun's artistic achievements are highlyrecognized. He serves as a visiting professor at theCentral Academy of Fine Arts and an art mentor at CCTV. He is also an honorary doctorate in art from ColoradoEngineering University and a specially appointed painterat the Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts. Jiang Guojun'sworks are widely acclaimed, including "Pleasant Goatand Happy Sheep" which are treasured by the NationalMuseum, and "Island Treasure Painting" which wasawarded the "Most Valuable Collection Award" by theChinese Painting and Calligraphy Art GuidanceCommittee. Many of his works, such as "Golden TigersFull House, Fortune and Auspiciousness","Chasing Lightand Dreams","Tiger Show Auspiciousness","NineHeavens and Moon","Listening" and "Tiger Charm",have been selected for the "China, Great BeautifulChina" exhibition in Times Square, New York, showcasingthe charm of Chinese art.

　　Jiang Guojun's artistic career is not limited tocreation, and his achievements are widely recognized. He has been awarded multiple honorary titles, includingthe title of "People's Calligrapher and Painter" jointlyawarded by the China Cultural and Art TalentManagement Center, the title of "Master of Fine Arts ofthe People's Republic of China" awarded by the ChinaModern and Contemporary Artists Review Committeeand the World Art Market Development Center, and thehonorary title of "Top 10 Outstanding Figures in theWorld for 2023" signed by UN Secretary General AntonioGuterres.

　　In addition, Jiang Guojun will usher in a shiningmoment in his artistic career in 2024. His works wereexhibited in the "Three Regions of Splendor - Hong Kong,Macao, and Taiwan Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition"and won the international first prize (gold award) at the"Tiano" - International Art Exchange Exhibition of theWorld's Four Major Art Institutes. At the same time, hewas awarded the "Work Evaluation Certificate" by theEuropean Union International Art Center. His works havealso been included in the cultural and artistic rankings ofthe BRICS countries, further expanding his internationalinfluence.

　　真正优秀的工笔画作，往往不是注重于技法的表现，而是能让人感觉到自然无雕琢，否则任凭你笔墨如何精湛，画面气韵也总是脱离不了一种堆砌感。对此，姜国钧先生的工笔画可谓是独具造诣，多年来，先生一直是力求体现出工笔画的“写意性”，而非是单纯的精细文化，诸如在画面氛围的营造上，他就是能通过染渍呈现出诗意氛围，将主体细致化，将背景意象化，从而打破工笔固有的拘谨感，赋予了作品生动的艺术感染力。

　　Exquisite craftsmanship reveals the spirit of a tiger without anger, exuding a majestic aura - A Record of Famous Painter Jiang Guojun

　　Truly excellent gongbi paintings often do not focus on theexpression of techniques, but on making people feel naturaland unadorned. Otherwise, no matter how exquisite yourbrushwork is, the charm of the picture will always beinseparable from a sense of accumulation. In this regard, Mr. Jiang Guojun's Gongbi painting can be said to be uniquelyaccomplished. For many years, he has been striving to reflectthe "freehand brushwork" of Gongbi painting, rather thansimply focusing on fine culture. For example, in creating theatmosphere of the painting, he is able to present a poeticatmosphere through dyeing, refine the subject, and visualizethe background, thus breaking the inherent restraint of Gongbipainting and endowing the work with vivid artistic appeal.
